Transition from SpeCC Technical Regulations Issue 4: 2007

The transition from the previous Technical Regulations (Issue 4:2007) is now taking place, which will result in all contractors being registered under either ‘Tier 2’ or ‘Tier 1’.

The previous listing of contractors will remain in place until 31 March 2012.
